information. It is fully integrated with General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Project
Invoicing and Free Text Invoicing. Accounts Receivable has automated procedures
for producing reminder letters and charging interest on late payments so you can
recover receivables before they are bad debts. Any interest charged is
automatically posted to the General Ledger.

inquire about previous reconciliations, reprint the reports at any time and have
the ability to correct historic items. Bank Reconciliation can handle
multi-company, multi-bank, multi-statement and multi-currency.
Investment Manager Overview
Throw those spreadsheets away. This newly developed module
allows you to easily track investment activity down to the fund level and is
fully integrated with the General Ledger. Investing/Divesting (purchase/sale) is
automatically calculated per participating fund, based on available cash and
payout to be re-invested.
Distribution of payout, earnings, realized and
unrealized gains/losses, etc. is calculated and distributed down to the fund
level, based on the fund's level of participation. All activity, per investment
and fund is recorded and can be viewed at any time.
Control settings allow you
to define the rules regarding how and when payout is to be distributed and which
funds should receive the payout. Control settings also allow you to specify
automatic sale of units should participating funds go into deficit. There are
also settings that allow you to define a minimum initial buy in level per
investment or fund.
