A full featured demographics and biographics management system, the Constituents Module captures, organizes
and processes a variety of information about individuals and organizations including identification, education,
employment, contribution, degree, free text, giving summary and attitudinal data. The identification information
includes items such as full name, employment information, addresses, relationships, educational data, and other
biographical and demographical information.
Historic and alternate names and address are tracked to give a complete history in the donor profile.
Salutations are automatically created for mailings and communications, and can be customized for each donor as
needed.
Any number of relationships can be created between donors, employers, foundations and other entities.
Appeals and solicitation codes can be easily associated with donor records for mailings, phone solicitations and emailing
communications.
Documents can be linked directly to the donor: pictures, video clips, proposals and correspondence can be
attached and accessed from other modules.
