Module Training
Agilon offers comprehensive module training. The initial module training is designed for
decision makers that typically make up your Implementation Team. The goal is to train your
administrator and Implementation Team to give them the knowledge that they will need to
decide how to use the software at your site, develop policies and procedures, answer mapping
questions, and assist others in your organization with learning One.
System Training
We provide administrator courses that give you the information that you need to go live and
provide on-going support for the system.
- System Administrator 2 provides the information that your site needs prior to or at live
cutover. The course focuses on One data administration, report administration, row-level
security, and troubleshooting.
- Selection Wizard Administrator provides the administrative tools and tips to allow users
the appropriate access to the Selection Wizard.
Executive Training
To ensure the overall success of the project, top management needs to generate their needs
quickly and feel that their expectations are being met. This training course is custom to
your site and connects management's vision to day-to-day operations. It is preceded with
a planning session where we identify the executives at your site who should attend and
the content of the training session(s). The audience may be from the director, to the
vice president to the president level.
