Solution Management
Agilon delivers superior service in assisting you during the implementation process. It is our goal to keep you informed, keep the project within budget, and to finish on time. Agilon has a dedicated Solution Manager assigned to work with your Implementation Project Manager, meeting weekly for project status meetings and managing the project schedule with your staff. As part of the core services, a monthly executive meeting is included, that will give an overview of milestones, critical updates, and a schedule review. In addition, reports such as monthly implementation reports, weekly implementation reports, project plan, and trip debriefings are examples of information we provide. A more robust plan is available; we can connect with your team on-site monthly, even weekly.

Project Management
Agilon realizes that each site is unique and may require additional project management services. Custom project management services are also offered in those areas where an experienced project manager can guide portions of your implementation. For example, if a key staff member who is in charge of analyzing your site’s reporting needs is on leave, we can step in and manage that part of the project for you.

In addition we offer quarter, half and full-time on-site project management services.
