Software Implementation
The implementation of the One software is organized into four stages that assist in organizing the implementation project.
In general:
- The Preparation stage corresponds to planning and setup activities that establish the
groundwork for a smooth software installation and One implementation.
- The Planning and Learning stage corresponds to the creation of the Implementation and
Module Teams and the associated training and initial decision making that must occur in preparation of conversions.
- The Implementation stage is the final decision-making phase. During this stage you
build your test plan and test the conversion of your data, document work-flow procedures
and make the decisions required for going live.
- The Going Live stage consists of the final training, conversion and set up activities
that prepare the site for the live cutover.
A dedicated Implementation team is assigned to your project, and will guide you through the implementation process.
