interactive Issue Tracker website. Our Support Team is dedicated to achieve the highest level
of customer satisfaction and service. At any time, you are able to see the status of an issue,
any comments from you or our team, and the resolution status. If you have any questions at all,

If you are unfamiliar with the online Issue Tracker system, call a Support Analyst right away for a
20 minute tutorial or go directly to the website and click the Register now! button to get activated!
Using the Issue Tracker website allows your organization to:
- Post issues in real-time. Support Analysts are immediately notified, the issue is assigned, and
the issue reporter receives confirmation of submission.
- View details of any issue reported for your organization.
- Generate reports on current, closed and resolved issues, and track status of outstanding issues.
- View and download Guides and Manuals. This area of the website provides a plethora of product
specific information.
- Peruse the ever-growing FAQ area.
- Interact with peers and learn new tips and tricks from Agilon staff via the ‘Talk with other
Users’ Forum area!
