Cleveland Clinic Launches $2 Billion Fundraising Campaign

Cleveland Clinic Logo The Cleveland Clinic is launching a $2 billion fundraising effort, its largest to date, which will pay for building projects, training and research for the region's largest employer through its 100th anniversary in 2021.

The ambitious capital campaign, called "The Power of Every One," has already raised $600 million during a "silent" fundraising phase over the past three years. It comes on the heels of the Clinic's successful four-year $1.4 billion campaign, which ended in December 2010 after exceeding its $1.25 billion goal.

The goal is the largest ever for an Iowa State comprehensive campaign, and will help achieve the university's vision to lead the world in advancing the land-grant ideals of putting science, technology and human creativity to work.

Kansas State University surpasses $1 billon campaign goal 1 year yearly!

Kansas State Univeristy Logo Kansas State President Richard Myers announced that the Innovation and Inspiration Campaign's original goal was exceeded one year ahead of schedule and extended the effort with a new goal of $1.4 billion.

Funds raised through the campaign will be used to support students, faculty, facility enhancements and program support and will advance the university toward becoming a Top 50 public research university by 2025.

Montana State University surpasses $300 million goal two years early!

"The success of this campaign and the fruit it is bearing every day is a testament to just how critical private philanthropy is to the health and vitality of Montana State University and our land-grant mission," said Chris Murray, president and CEO of the MSU Alumni Foundation.

Phillips Academy, launches the largest fundraising campaign in the history of independent schools

Philips Academy Logo Phillips Academy, Andover, has launched the largest fundraising campaign in the history of independent schools. With nearly $140 million pledged to date, Andover seeks to raise a total of $400 million.

With this historic initiative, Andover will invest heavily in faculty excellence and the student experience-priorities to expand opportunities in teaching and learning, sustain need-blind admission, and support new and renovated facilities.
